This website belongs to the FAVORIT+ project, co-funded by the European Union through the European Urban Initiative (EUI) programme. The project is implemented by Sector 6 City Hall of the Municipality of Bucharest, as the main beneficiary, together with the consortium partners.

When you fill in the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect:

When accessing the website, our server may automatically record:

3. Why we collect this data
We use your data exclusively for the following purposes:
Responding to requests — to reply to messages sent through the contact form
Newsletter — to send you updates about the project, if you have explicitly subscribed
Anonymous statistics — to understand how the website is used and to improve it
EU reporting obligations — aggregated data, without personal identification, may be included in the project monitoring reports submitted to the funder
We do not use your data for commercial purposes and we do not sell any information to third parties.
4. Legal basis for processing
Data processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR, on the following legal bases:
Consent — for the newsletter and non-essential cookies
Legitimate interest — for anonymous statistics on website use
Legal obligation — for reporting to the European funder

The website uses cookies for proper functioning and traffic analysis. On your first visit, you will be informed and asked to give your consent for non-essential cookies.

EU reporting data — according to the funder’s requirements, usually 5–7 years after the completion of the project

Your data is not sold or transferred. It may be accessed by:
FAVORIT+ consortium partners — exclusively for the purpose of project implementation

The funding authority, EUI/EC — aggregated and anonymised data for reporting purposes
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time.
